This study examines strategies for resolving cases of sexual violence against female workers from the perspective of labor law in Indonesia. The main problems lie in weak protection, unclear reporting mechanisms, and low support for victims in the workplace. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that labor regulations do not fully provide comprehensive protection for victims, particularly in the aspects of prevention and internal company handling. Effective resolution strategies include strengthening regulations, establishing a safe and responsive complaint mechanism, and enhancing the role of labor inspection. Furthermore, synergy is needed between the government, companies, and relevant institutions to ensure fair and sustainable legal protection. Thus, case resolution efforts should not only focus on sanctions, but also on victim recovery and preventing the recurrence of sexual violence in the workplace
