One of the problems in the production of Jenang Legend "Lek Siti" is that there is coconut milk squeezed because it is still using the manual method and it will certainly take quite a long time, so from the problems complained of by Mr. Catur Sang Adi as the owner of UMKM Jenang Legend "Lek Siti” Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur Thematic KKNT students decided to develop Appropriate Technology, namely the Coconut Milk Squeezer.
